New Delhi [India], September 26 (ANI): Reacting to the Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s statement on RSS, Congress MP Pramod Tiwari said that the ‘modus operandi of the RSS is to weaken the organisation, adding that CM Soren has ‘his own experience for the state’.
Speaking to ANI on Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s statement, Congress MP Pramod Tiwari said, “I can only say that the way the Chief Minister was sent to jail, the way he was cornered, the way an attempt was made to weaken the organisation there, it is only the modus operandi of the RSS.”
“A Chief Minister will have his own experience for the state, I don’t know in what context he said this but he did not name anyone. He did not say anything to the organisation…only he can tell what he meant,” he added.
This came against the backdrop of Jharkhand CM Soren’s remark on RSS, where he labelled RSS workers as ‘chooha’ (rats).
Soren, while addressing a rally on September 25 in Jharkhand, said that the people of the RSS will enter Jharkhand like ‘chooha’ (rats) and break our society.
He further dismissed allegations made by BJP leaders of demographic change in Jharkhand, suggesting the BJP look into the data of neighbouring West Bengal.
Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren said, “Assam CM comes to Jharkhand and criticises the state’s people and state government…We will give a befitting reply…They will talk about changing demography and Bangladeshi infiltrators. I would like to tell them to look at the data of the Government of India to determine how the numbers have changed in which district and which state. Go and see what the data is in Bengal. Then see the data of various districts in Jharkhand. You would find that there is no change in the demography here.”
Following this statement from Jharkhand CM, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said, “Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren calls nationalists and people elected by the public ‘chooha’. But he doesn’t say anything about the Bangladeshi infiltrators who enter Santhal Pargana and encroach on land, because this pertains to his vote bank.”
Poonawalla further attacked the INDIA bloc and stated that the ‘one party of the INDI Alliance is targeting another party of the alliance’. (ANI)
